Instructions
Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce.
Step 3: Add the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 4: Toss everything together until evenly coated.
Step 5: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 6: Top the salad with croutons and crumbled bacon.
Step 7: Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese over the top.
Step 8: Chill the salad for 15 to 20 minutes if desired before serving.
Step 9: Serve with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
For the best texture, store the croutons separately and add them just before serving.
This salad is best enjoyed cold and is not recommended for freezing.
