Instructions
Step 1 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2 Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Step 3 Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 4 In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 5 Add sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking until slightly softened but still crisp.
Step 6 Season vegetables with paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Step 7 Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together.
Step 8 Add soy sauce and lime juice, stirring to combine all flavors.
Step 9 Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
Step 10 Serve hot on its own or with rice or tortillas.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
Microwave in short intervals, stirring between each, until evenly heated.
Avoid overcooking to keep the vegetables crisp and the chicken juicy.
