Instructions
step 1 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
step 2 Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
step 3 Bake wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
step 4 Meanwhile, combine all wing sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring, until thickened slightly.
step 5 Once wings are done, toss them in the sauce to coat evenly.
step 6 For fries, peel and cut potatoes into sticks. Toss with olive oil, paprika, and salt. Bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.
step 7 Mix drizzle sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust spice if needed.
step 8 Serve hot wings with fries, drizzled generously with the sauce.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in separate containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat wings in the oven at 350°F until hot and crisp. Fries can be reheated in a skillet or oven for best texture. Drizzle sauce should be stored chilled and added fresh when serving.
