Chocolate Chip Brownie Bites

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin pan or line it with mini paper liners.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.

Step 3: Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until fully combined.

Step 4: Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until a thick brownie batter forms.

Step 5: Fold in half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Step 6: Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared mini muffin pan, filling each cup about three-quarters full.

Step 7: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the brownie bites are set but still soft in the center.

Step 8: Remove the brownie bites from the oven and immediately top each one with the remaining semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips.

Step 9: Allow the brownie bites to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store Chocolate Chip Brownie Bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

For longer storage, freeze the brownie bites in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving. For a warm and gooey texture, microwave each brownie bite for 10 seconds before eating.
