Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
Step 4: Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed Oreos.
Step 5: Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place on prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but centers are still soft. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Step 7: Drizzle cooled cookies with melted white chocolate if desired.
Storage Information
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. To freeze, place baked cookies in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months; thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
