Step 2: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the cooled cookie crust.

Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.

Step 4: Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.

Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Storage Information
