Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
Step 2: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the cooled cookie crust.
Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Step 4: Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Storage Information
Store Chocolate Cookie Delight covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For best texture, serve chilled. Not recommended for freezing due to the creamy layers.
