Step 1 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2 Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit if not already pitted.
Step 3 Fill each date with nut butter or cream cheese if desired, then gently press closed.
Step 4 Melt dark and milk chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Step 5 Dip each date into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6 While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle toppings such as pistachios, coconut, or edible flowers over each date.
Step 7 Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
Step 8 Serve and enjoy.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. For best texture, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Do not reheat, as the chocolate coating may melt.
