Instructions
Step 1 In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth /n
Step 2 Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until a thick dough forms /n
Step 3 Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet /n
Step 4 Freeze the balls for 20–30 minutes until firm /n
Step 5 Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth /n
Step 6 Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly /n
Step 7 Place coated balls back onto the lined sheet and sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired /n
Step 8 Refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set /n
Step 9 Serve chilled or at room temperature
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. These can also be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw in the refrigerator before serving. No reheating is required.
