Instructions

Step 1: Slice the bananas into thick rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 2: Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto one banana slice and top with another slice to create mini banana sandwiches.

Step 3: Place the banana bites on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for about 20–30 minutes until firm.

Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Step 5: Dip each banana bite halfway into the melted chocolate or fully coat if desired.

Step 6: Place the coated banana bites back onto the parchment-lined tray.

Step 7: Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt if using.

Step 8: Freeze the banana bites for another 15–20 minutes until the chocolate hardens completely.
