Step 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish./n
Step 2 Cut the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and spread them evenly in the dish./n
Step 3 In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt./n
Step 4 Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces./n
Step 5 Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center./n
Step 6 Drizzle the reserved icing over the warm casserole before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through. Add extra icing or syrup if desired when reheating.
