Step 1 In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth /n
Step 2 Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center /n
Step 3 Fold and seal the dough around the filling, forming small balls /n
Step 4 Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) /n
Step 5 Fry the filled dough balls in batches until golden brown on all sides /n
Step 6 Remove and drain on paper towels /n
Step 7 In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, then roll the warm bites in the mixture /n
Step 8 Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm
