Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)./n
Step 2: Place the pie crust into a pie dish and set aside./n
Step 3: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg./n
Step 4: Sprinkle the cooked bacon and shredded cheese evenly over the pie crust./n
Step 5: Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese./n
Step 6: Place the quiche in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set and the top is lightly golden./n
Step 7: Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing./n
Step 8: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover quiche in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat slices in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through or microwave in short intervals. Quiche can also be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
