Instructions:
step 1 In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
step 2 If the dressing is too thick, add milk or water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
step 3 Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. For more tang, add extra lemon juice; for more umami, add a touch more Parmesan or anchovy.
step 4 Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Flavors develop more as it chills.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store Caesar dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5–7 days. Stir before each use. This dressing is not suitable for freezing due to the mayo base.
