Instructions

step 1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrots, red onion, and green onions.
step 2 In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
