Instructions
Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Step 2: Add the cooled macaroni, chopped dill pickles, and red onion to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
Step 3: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
Step 4: Before serving, give the salad a good stir and top with sliced pickles for garnish.
Storage Information
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving as the dressing may settle.
