step 1 Finely chop the cooked ham using a knife or food processor until desired texture is reached.
step 2 In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and pickle relish.
step 3 Add chopped celery and onion to the mixture and stir well.
step 4 Add the chopped ham into the bowl and mix until fully combined.
step 5 Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
step 6 Stir in fresh parsley if using.
step 7 Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
step 8 Serve chilled with bread, crackers, or as a sandwich filling.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. This dish is best served cold and does not require reheating. Stir before serving if needed.
