Classic Turkey Meatloaf Dinner with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Green Beans, and Corn

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, 2 tbsp BBQ sauce, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Mix just until combined.
Step 2: Form the turkey mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan or baking dish.
Step 3: Mix 1/3 cup BBQ sauce with brown sugar and Dijon mustard. Spread half over the meatloaf.
Step 4: Bake for 45 minutes. Remove, spread remaining glaze, and bake for 15 more minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Step 5: While meatloaf bakes, boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Step 6: Prepare brown gravy as directed.
Step 7: Steam or boil green beans until tender-crisp. Toss with butter, salt, and pepper.
Step 8: Warm corn in a saucepan with butter and salt.
Step 9: Serve sliced turkey meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes topped with gravy, and green beans and corn on the side.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 4 days. Reheat meatloaf and sides in the microwave or oven until hot. Add a splash of milk to potatoes when reheating to keep them creamy.
