Classic Turkey Sausage Breakfast Plate

Instructions:
step 1 Peel and slice the potatoes into rounds. Boil in salted water for about 5 minutes until slightly tender but not fully cooked. Drain and pat dry.
step 2 Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potato slices in a single layer and cook until golden and crispy on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Set aside.
step 3 In the same skillet, cook turkey sausage patties over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned. Remove and keep warm.
step 4 In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
step 5 Melt 1 tbsp butter or oil in a clean skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble gently, stirring continuously until just set and fluffy.
step 6 Plate the scrambled eggs, pan-fried potatoes, and turkey sausage patties. Serve hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat sausage and potatoes in a skillet or oven to retain crispiness. Reheat eggs gently in the microwave, stirring halfway through to avoid overcooking.
