Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 3 In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Step 4 Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Step 5 Lightly grease the waffle iron and pour in the batter, cooking until the waffles are golden brown and crisp.
Step 6 Carefully remove the waffles and keep them warm while cooking the remaining batter.
Step 7 Place waffles on a serving plate and top with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
Step 8 Drizzle generously with maple syrup.
Step 9 Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve immediately.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover waffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a toaster or oven to maintain crispiness. Waffles can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated directly from frozen in a toaster or oven until heated through.
