Step 1 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2 Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3 Bake the wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.

Step 4 While the wings are baking, combine Coca Cola, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 5 Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 10–15 minutes until slightly reduced.

Step 6 In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then stir it into the sauce to thicken.

Step 7 Continue cooking the sauce for another 2–3 minutes until it becomes glossy and thick.

Step 8 Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the sauce until fully coated.

Step 9 Return the coated wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to caramelize the glaze.

Step 10 Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes until warmed through. You can also reheat in an air fryer for a crispier texture. Avoid microwaving if possible, as it may make the wings soggy.
