Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the entire can of crushed pineapple (with juice) and the dry instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well blended and the mixture begins to thicken.
Step 2: Gently fold in the Cool Whip until everything is fully combined and fluffy. Make sure not to overmix to keep the light texture.
Step 3: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the fluff for at least 1 hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the texture to set.
Step 4: Serve chilled. Optionally, garnish with extra pineapple chunks or a sprinkle of toasted coconut for added flair.
