Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: In a bowl, mix crab meat, chopped shrimp, mozzarella, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 3: Make a slit in the middle of each salmon filet to create a pocket. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

Step 4: Stuff the seafood mixture into each salmon pocket generously.

Step 5: Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each stuffed salmon filet for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden.

Step 6: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and stuffing is bubbly.

Step 7: Garnish with fresh dill or lemon wedges and serve hot.

Storage Information

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) until warmed through. Not recommended for freezing, as the seafood stuffing may lose its texture.
