Instructions:

Step 2: In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, Parmesan, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
Step 3: Place the butterflied salmon on the prepared baking dish. Gently open it and fill the center with the seafood mixture, then fold it closed.
Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the top is slightly golden.
Step 5: Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon before serving.
