Instructions

Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
/n Step 2 In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, red bell pepper, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
/n Step 3 Lay the fish fillets flat and pat them dry with paper towels.
/n Step 4 Spoon the crab mixture evenly onto each fillet and gently roll them up.
/n Step 5 Place the rolled fillets seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
/n Step 6 Drizzle melted butter and olive oil over the fish rolls.
/n Step 7 Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
/n Step 8 Spoon some of the pan juices over the rolls before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheat gently in the oven at 300°F (150°C) until warmed through to avoid drying out.
You can also microwave in short intervals, but oven reheating is recommended for best texture.
Freezing is not ideal as it may affect the texture of the fish and stuffing.
