Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Set aside.

Step 3: In another bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 4: Cut a slit into the top of each roll, creating a pocket. Brush the insides lightly with the garlic butter mixture.

Step 5: Spoon the crab mixture into each pocket and top with a generous pinch of mozzarella.

Step 6: Place 2 shrimp on top of each roll, gently pressing into the filling. Drizzle the remaining garlic butter over the top.

Step 7: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the bread is golden, cheese is melted, and shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Step 8: Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F (163°C) until warmed through. Not recommended for freezing due to the creamy seafood filling and shrimp texture.
