Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped bacon, and garlic powder until well combined.

Step 3: Cut a deep pocket into the side of each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.

Step 4: Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese and bacon mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Step 5: Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with crushed Doritos.

Step 6: Place chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and coating is crispy.

Step 7: Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.

Storage Information
