Instructions
Step 1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Add the cooked pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, peas, and green onions to the bowl. Toss gently to combine and coat everything in the dressing.
Step 4: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 5: Before serving, sprinkle with crushed croutons for extra crunch, if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftover pasta salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving, and add a little extra ranch if it needs freshening up.
