Instructions:
step 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
step 2 Arrange cabbage slices in the dish in a single layer.
step 3 Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
step 4 In a small bowl, mix the heavy cream with minced garlic and half of the Parmesan cheese.
step 5 Pour the cream mixture evenly over the cabbage.
step 6 Sprinkle shredded mozzarella or cheddar on top, followed by the remaining Parmesan.
step 7 Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
step 8 Remove foil and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until cabbage is tender and the top is golden and bubbly.
step 9 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through or microwave in short intervals. Add a splash of cream if the sauce thickens too much when reheated.
