Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
Step 2: Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Step 3: Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Step 4: Add the egg noodles to the skillet, making sure they are mostly submerged in the liquid. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
Step 5: Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until the sauce is creamy and well combined.

Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of broth or cream if the sauce thickens.
