Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Step 4: In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in buffalo sauce, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Cook until smooth and bubbly.

Step 5: Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy. Add cooked chicken and pasta, stirring to coat evenly.

Step 6: Let simmer for a few minutes until heated through. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra cheese if desired.

Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave with a splash of milk or cream to loosen the sauce.
