Step 1: Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3: Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Step 4: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 9: Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning and simmer until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Step 10: Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
Step 11: Arrange the sliced chicken over the creamy pasta.
Step 12: Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
To freeze, allow the pasta and chicken to cool completely and freeze in portions for up to 2 months.
Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave with a splash of cream or milk to maintain the creamy texture of the sauce.
