Creamy Cajun Chicken Linguine with Garlic Mozzarella Sauce

Instructions

Step 1: Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.

Step 3: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and let rest before slicing.

Step 4: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 5: Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Add red pepper flakes if using. Simmer until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.

Step 6: Toss the cooked linguine in the garlic mozzarella sauce until fully coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7: Slice Cajun chicken and place on top of the linguine. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Storage Information

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of cream or milk to revive the sauce. Not recommended for freezing due to the dairy content.
