Instructions
Step 1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned. Remove from pan and slice.
Step 3: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Step 4: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 5: Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
Step 6: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Top with sliced Cajun chicken.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of milk or broth to loosen the sauce if needed. Not recommended for freezing due to the creamy sauce.
