Creamy Cajun Chicken Spaghetti with Garlic Mozzarella Sauce

Instructions

Step 1: Season chicken breasts on both sides with Cajun seasoning.

Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and slice.

Step 3: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 4: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and add to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.

Step 6: Top the creamy spaghetti with sliced Cajun chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or broth to loosen the sauce. Freezing is not recommended, as the cream sauce may separate when thawed.
