Step 1: Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a bowl, season the chicken and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4: Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
Step 5: Remove the chicken and add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Step 6: Remove the shrimp and set aside with the chicken.
Step 7: In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Step 8: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream and stir well.
Step 9: Add the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and simmer until the sauce becomes creamy.
Step 10: Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the skillet.
Step 11: Add the cooked rotini pasta and toss until fully coated in the creamy Cajun sauce.
Step 12: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
