Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. /n
Step 2 In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté the chopped onion until soft, about 3–4 minutes. /n
Step 3 Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. /n
Step 4 Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat. /n
Step 5 Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning, then remove from heat. /n
Step 6 In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream and milk. /n
Step 7 Layer sliced potatoes in the baking dish, followed by a portion of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. /n
Step 8 Repeat layers, pouring some of the cream mixture over each layer, finishing with cheese on top. /n
Step 9 Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. /n
Step 10 Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes until golden, bubbly, and potatoes are tender. /n
