Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Instructions

Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets to the boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Step 3: In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 5: Add the cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken back into the skillet. Toss everything until well coated.

Step 6: Serve warm, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.

Storage Information

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave with a splash of cream or broth to loosen the sauce. Not recommended for freezing due to the creamy sauce.
