Creamy Garlic Butter Shrimp with Steamed Rice

Instructions:
step 1 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sauté for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
step 2 In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
step 3 Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
step 4 Return shrimp to the skillet and coat with the creamy garlic butter sauce. Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice if using.
step 5 Simmer for another minute, then remove from heat.
step 6 Serve the creamy shrimp over steamed white rice and garnish with additional parsley.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of cream or broth to maintain the sauce’s texture. Avoid overcooking shrimp during reheating.
