Instructions
Step 1: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet, rest for a few minutes, and slice.
Step 3: Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 4: In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Step 5: Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Step 6: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the cheesy sauce.
Step 7: Plate the pasta and top with the sliced garlic chicken.
Step 8: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave with a splash of cream or milk to maintain the creamy texture.
