Instructions
Step 1: Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and let reduce slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 5: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6: Return chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or broth if needed to loosen the sauce.
