Creamy Garlic Pepper Shrimp with Rice

Instructions:
step 1: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and season with salt and black pepper.
step 2: Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
step 3: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
step 4: Pour in the heavy cream, add red pepper flakes (if using), and bring to a gentle simmer.
step 5: Stir in Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 2–3 minutes.
step 6: Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 1 more minute to heat through.
step 7: Serve shrimp and sauce over a bed of warm white rice. Garnish with extra parsley and cracked black pepper.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat or microwave in short intervals, adding a splash of cream or milk to maintain sauce consistency.
