Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Step 3: Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.

Step 4: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 5: Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Step 6: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Step 7: Add the cooked pasta and seasoned beef to the sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Step 8: Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat on the stovetop over low heat, adding a splash of cream or broth if needed to loosen the sauce. This pasta can also be frozen for up to 2 months—thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
