Step 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the potatoes until fork-tender, about 15–20 minutes, then drain./n
Step 2 Mash the potatoes with butter, milk, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy./n
Step 3 Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, then set aside and keep warm./n
Step 4 Season the steak bites with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder./n
Step 5 Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear the steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned./n
Step 6 Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, and toss the steak bites to coat in garlic butter./n
Step 7 Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant and cooked to your desired doneness./n
Step 8 Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley./n
Step 9 Serve the garlic butter steak bites over or alongside the creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes.
