Creamy Spicy Chicken Bites with Herbed Fries

Instructions:
step 1: Preheat oven and cook fries according to package instructions. Halfway through cooking, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Finish until golden, then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
step 2: In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
step 3: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
step 4: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds.
step 5: Add smoked paprika, then pour in heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
