Step 1: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 3–5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.

Step 4: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, parsley, and thyme, stirring to create a garlic herb butter.

Step 5: Spoon some of the garlic herb butter over the steaks and set aside.

Step 6: In the same pan, add heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine with the remaining flavors.

Step 7: Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens.

Step 8: Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy sauce until well coated.

Step 9: Slice the steak and serve alongside or over the creamy spaghetti, drizzling extra garlic herb butter on top.
Storage and Reheating Tips
