Instructions
Step 1: Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and diced onion, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
Step 3: Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and marinara sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4: In a separate saucepan over low heat, combine Velveeta cheese cubes and milk. Stir frequently until smooth and creamy.
Step 5: Toss the cooked spaghetti with the Velveeta cheese sauce until fully coated.
Step 6: Plate the cheesy spaghetti and top generously with the beef marinara sauce. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top and let it melt.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of milk if needed to loosen the sauce. Freezing is not recommended, as the cheese sauce may separate when thawed.
