Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Instructions

step 1 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
step 2 Pat chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
step 3 In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
step 4 Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or rack.
step 5 Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
step 6 Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
step 7 Toss in your favorite wing sauce or serve plain with a side of dipping sauce.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes or until hot and crispy. Avoid microwaving to maintain crispiness. Wings can also be frozen and reheated directly from frozen in the oven.
