Instructions

Step 1 Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) /n
Step 2 Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper /n
Step 3 Dredge each mushroom in flour, then dip in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture /n
Step 4 Repeat for all mushrooms and set aside /n
Step 5 Fry mushrooms in batches until golden brown and crispy /n
Step 6 Remove and drain on paper towels /n
Step 7 Serve warm with dipping sauce
