Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and flour. Mix well.

Step 5: Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Storage Information

Store leftover mozzarella bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispiness. They can also be frozen for up to 1 month—reheat directly from frozen in a hot oven.
