Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the chicken by slicing each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create thinner cutlets.
Step 2: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 3: Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Step 4: Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip into the eggs, then cover completely with breadcrumbs.
Step 5: Heat cooking oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until hot.
Step 6: Fry the breaded chicken for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Step 7: Remove the chicken from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Step 8: Cook the French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
Step 9: Slice the fried chicken into strips.
Step 10: In a large bowl or platter, layer lettuce, fries, shredded cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and boiled eggs, then top with sliced crispy chicken and drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover chicken separately in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the chicken in an oven or air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for about 8–10 minutes to keep it crispy. Keep the salad ingredients fresh and assemble the bowl just before serving for the best texture.
